The Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority (FAMA) is a marketing agency established by the government under the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry. As the government’s marketing arm for agricultural products, FAMA is responsible for various marketing activities. Amongst its responsibilities are to set targets and product standards, monitor performance, as well as to develop marketing strategies for Malaysian agricultural products. |

The private sector has played, and will continue to play a key role in promoting economic cooperation in IMT-GT. |
