These considerations can be difficult at times because what may be positive for one may not be good for the other, and vice versa. The strategy also recognised that the 3 levels of Nesting and Synergistic Planning, which go hand in hand, can bring a positive outcome for both considerations when strategising for the Northern Corridor.
