The Corporate & Investor Services Division has developed the following strategies in managing investor-related matters and ensuring that day-to-day operations in NCIA run smoothly:
Ensure NCIA is able to operate optimally
In realising this, all the required processes, such as human resources (HR) and financial process will be implemented according to best practice. Workforce planning and deployment will be important in the next three years in implementing all the programmes planned across all divisions.
Provide services to investors effectively
The Investor Support Centre will be operationalised to serve the needs of potential investors.

- Operationalise the Investor Support Centre
- Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operation
Roles of Corporate & Investor Services Division
In implementing the strategies identified, the Corporate & Investor Services Division is responsible in playing the following roles:
- Process applications for NCIA-managed grants and fiscal incentives
- Provide information to potential investors
- Facilitate investors with Federal and State-level Government approvals
- Plan and manage workforce deployment in NCIA
- Plan and manage Operational & Developmental Budget and timely financial reporting to various statutory
- Ensure compliance to applicable procurement procedures as mandated by NCIA
