At NCIA, we believe that one of the best ways to improve economic conditions in emerging markets is to help entrepreneurs grow, especially micro enterprises and SMEs, as they play a vital role as the backbone of NCER’s local economy.
Currently, we have two (2) programmes to help these entrepreneurs build great businesses. These two (2) programmes are the entrepreneurNCER which focus their efforts on helping micro-enterprises and SMEs reduce cost of business and the Dana Usahawan Bumiputera (DUB) which focus on providing financial assistance for Bumiputera companies.

DANA USAHAWAN BUMIPUTERA (DUB)
The DUB Programme provides financial assistance to Bumiputera companies in NCER to enable them to be more competitive and catalytic in the implementation of projects, as well as generate more job opportunities at the local level.
