Supporting the Industry Supply Chain

Designed as a holistic and comprehensive programme, entrepreneurNCER aims to help micro-enterprises and SMEs reduce the cost of doing business.

This programme comprises strategic partnerships with Maybank and Agrobank to provide soft loan assistance to entrepreneurs via a 50% topping up method of bank interest rates. This offering further enhances and complements the Special Relief Facility (SRF), Agrofood Facility (AF) and SME Automation and Digitalisation Facility (ADF) announced by Bank Negara Malaysia to assist businesses and households impacted by COVID-19.

 

The financing assistance is open to the following business sectors: 

  • Agriculture 
  • Manufacturing
  • Wholesale and Retail
  • Food Processing
  • Services 

 

Micro-enterprises and SMEs who fulfil the following criteria are eligible to apply:  

  • Owner is a Malaysian citizen (Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera)
  • Business activities are carried out within NCER
  • Owner holds at least 51% of equity
  • Business is conducted full-time or part-time

 

Businesses that are in the midst of or are planning to incorporate digital platform elements and automation will be given priority.
