HELPING COMMUNITIES THRIVE

Upskilling involves learning new skills and enhancing competencies. For the poor and marginalised communities, this can help raise income levels and reduce unemployment, which will lead to improved standards of living.

For this purpose, NCIA has an initiative aimed at addressing the skills gap and promoting entrepreneurship among the B40 and Orang Asli communities. These initiatives are designed to help the B40 and Orang Asli communities to become business owners and enhance their employability.

In addition, there is a talent enhancement programme which provides career development opportunities with reputable companies for participants.
