Encouraging Companies to Employ FRESH GRADUATES
NCER Talent Enhancement Programme (NTEP) is a human capital programme programme designed to ensure adequate skilled manpower that matches the industry’s requirements in the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER).
The NTEP incentive is meant to encourage companies to employ fresh graduates and provide them with adequate training, in lieu of hiring experienced personnel or foreign knowledge workers. Companies must offer these graduates a monthly salary of at least RM1,500, among other conditions, for them to qualify for the incentive.
This incentive is also tailored to boost the employability of local graduates, unemployed graduates, retrenched workers, contract workers, part-time workers and graduate trainees by providing them with job opportunities while ensuring a skilled workforce that matches the industry needs within NCER.

Our consideration
- Participants who withdraws in between, may be back filled (within three (3) months) for the remaining period of execution as long as the hiring period is still valid.

Recognition from various AGENCIES AND ORGANISATIONS
Through the programme’s collaboration with various agencies and organisations, participants receive training and relevant certification, along with access to job placement opportunities. They also stand to benefit from buyback arrangements for the products and services they produce. So far, over 3,000 people have benefitted from this initiative.
