The on-going and up-coming high-impact projects and initiatives in NCER are expected to generate high-quality jobs, demand for a highly-skilled and knowledgeable workforce, as well as inflow of high-income expatriates. These present opportunities for private learning institutions to flourish further in the region.
NCIA will be stepping up efforts to attract more private higher learning institutions, international and vocational schools to ensure sufficient talent supply. To increase NCER’s appeal as an education hub, a conducive ecosystem to enhance the region’s liveability will be created through the development of retail, lifestyle, residential and integrated transport facilities.
