Hari Integriti & Antirasuah (HIAR) NCER 2025
As part of our continuous commitment to strengthening integrity and good governance within the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA), we proudly organized the fourth edition of Hari Integriti & Antirasuah (HIAR) NCER 2025 on 18 November 2025. Over the years, HIAR has evolved into a significant annual tradition, reflecting NCIA’s steadfast dedication to cultivating a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency across all levels of the organization. Aligned with the national theme “Integriti Teras Kesejahteraan Negara,” the half-day program was designed to help staff reaffirm shared values of ethical conduct. A key highlight of the event was a special lecture titled “Kerja Amanah, Hidup Berkat” delivered by YBhg. Dato’ Professor Dr. Mohd Farid Ravi Bin Abdullah, Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive of Universiti Islam Selangor. The session reinforced the organizational mantra under i-STARS, where the “i” stands for Integrity - doing the right things right, even when no one is watching. The event also marked the soft launch of NCIA’s Code of Ethics and a specially designed commemorative coffee mug. More than just a keepsake, the mug was introduced as a daily reminder to be placed on desks, serving as a constant reinforcement of NCIA’s integrity culture. A special thank you is accorded to En. Zuhairi Mohmad, CFO, for graciously officiating the ceremony, and to Datin Shahdee for her presence and support throughout the program. "People often say 'life begins after coffee,' and while it helps us wake up, this mug carries a message beyond the morning boost. It serves as a tangible reminder of the integrity we uphold in every aspect of NCER. It is not just a word printed on a cup; it is a standard we live by. “Integrity is doing the right things right, even when no one is watching”, and that is a message worth spreading everywhere we go."
