Modul Pengukuhan Governans, Integriti dan Antirasuah (MPGIA) Siri 1
The Modul Pengukuhan Governans, Integriti dan Antirasuah (MPGIA) Siri 1 dan 2 was implemented in line with Pekeliling Am Bilangan 4 Tahun 2021 issued by the Prime Minister’s Department, which requires all government agencies to ensure staff participation in MPGIA training to strengthen governance, integrity, and anti-corruption practices.
The programme was organised by the Jabatan Integriti in collaboration with the Jawatankuasa Surau NCIA Al-Munawwarah and i-STARS (Kelab Sukan & Rekreasi i-STARS / KSRiS).
MPGIA Siri 1 was conducted virtually on 15 April 2025 with the topic “Preparation of Contract” in collaboration with the NCIA Legal Advisor’s Office, involving 80 participants. Meanwhile, MPGIA Siri 2 was held on 17 September 2025 at the NCIA Headquarters Auditorium, Penang Science Park, featuring the topic “Hati-hati… Bila Hadiah Menjadi Rasuah”, delivered by MACC. The session reinforced the NCIA No Gift Policy and involved 150 participants both physically and online, including an interactive Kahoot quiz.
The programme supports the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS) 2024–2028 under Strategy 1: Education, Substrategy 10, and aligns with the Government’s aspiration under the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK13) to strengthen good governance, transparency, and integrity in public service delivery.
