Integrity Batik Walk Fun 2024

On 12 September 2024, 70 NCER staff participated in the Integrity Batik Walk Fun, part of the i-STARS Shared Values initiative to promote integrity as a workplace culture.
The event featured experiential learning activities, including the Integrity Palm Commitment, where participants imprinted their palms onto a frame with NCER’s mantra:
“INTEGRITY IS DOING THE RIGHT THINGS RIGHT, EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING.” This symbolic gesture reinforced individual and collective accountability while promoting a sense of unity and shared purpose among NCER employees. The program fostered teamwork, reflection, and a stronger commitment to integrity within NCER.
