Knowledge Sharing Session: “From Good to Great: Culture of Integrity"
On 29 August 2022, the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) held a Knowledge Sharing Session themed “From Good to Great: Culture of Integrity”, featuring YBhg. Dato’ Seri Anwar Fazal as the invited speaker. The programme brought together approximately 150 NCIA staff members, participating both physically at the NCIA Headquarters Auditorium and virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The session was jointly organised by the Integrity Department in collaboration with the Risk Department and the Corporate Communication Unit, with the strong support of NCIA Top Management.
The objective of the programme was to strengthen awareness and understanding among NCIA personnel on the importance of embedding integrity in all aspects of work planning and implementation, while reinforcing ethical conduct as a fundamental part of organisational culture and daily practice.
The programme was further enlivened by a poetry recital entitled “Integriti di Hati”, delivered by Tuan Haji Khairul Anuar, Head of Internal Audit. The recital carried a profound message on sincerity, honesty, accountability, and trustworthiness as essential values in safeguarding organisational integrity and reputation.

The session concluded with a renewed emphasis on NCIA’s continuous commitment to cultivating a strong culture of integrity, professionalism, and ethical governance across the organisation.
